Rainforest

This illustrated poster for Hainan City is inspired by Xiao Liang's commentary video. It depicts the ecology of Hainan's tropical rainforest, highlighting its unique creatures and plants. Notable features include the pink Goniurosaurus zhou in the lower right corner, the yellow and black-winged Pseudolestes mirabilis (endemic to Hainan), and Symplocos angustifolia. The large tree on the right illustrates the rainforest's signature strangulation phenomenon, where vines climb up to snatch sunlight.
